# Announcement of the first ATLANTIS workshop

We are excited to announce the first workshop for the ATLANTIS project on 24th March 6pm CET.

The aim of this online workshop is to present the project and some preliminary results to an audience of interested persons, to inform stakeholders about the ongoing work, but also to get feedback and input on important aspects such as additional data availability or modeling choices.

We have put a program together (see below) that gives a short insight into the current state of work in the project and we are very happy to have a range of interesting speakers from outside our own field of research, to broaden our knowledge about marine plastic pollution and marine invasive species.
